What You’ll Do:
- Develop, document, and refine our administrative procedures so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Lead our morning huddle to set the tone for the day, clarify roles, and ensure every voice is heard.
- Implement simple communication tools (like RPM: Result | Purpose | Measure) to keep goals crystal clear.
- Oversee inventory, maintenance requests, and record-keeping—following up on every detail to completion.
